Casa sa Paret Nova is so well integrated into the landscape, that no weather can cause any damages. The large patio (110 sqm) represents a quiet sunny oasis, even when a strong wind is blowing and is connected with the northern terrace by a glass sliding door. From the northern terrace you have a wonderful view on the nature, the sea and the legendary rocks of Ibiza "Es Vedrá". As both terraces are partly roofed, - even when the sun is very hot - you can enjoy tapas and a good wine with your friends.

Position
On a 10.000 sqm site, covered with pines, agaves, rosmarin- and juniper bushes this villa was planned by the architect Henri Quillè. Shortly after the completion of this building he got the first award of the foundation Fuhem for "the modern house in the Finca style" .
Because of its modern solar plant and a cistern for rain water the building is independent from the surrounding. This also means, that we should deal carefully with water and energy. Due to modern technology everywhere in the building you have hot and cold water as well as 220 V. An emergency generator secures automatically the supply, in case that the capacity of the batteries is not fully sufficient.
